Fight to Get Fit "Boxing Camp" Shimmy and Shake Off the Pounds
YOUTH BOXING CAMPSJune 15th – June 18th Monday-Thursday 2pm-4pm $108July 13th – July 16th Monday-Thursday 2pm-4pm $108August 3rd – August 6th Monday-Thursday 2pm-4pm $108 Youth activities will include training sessions on the speed bag, double end, reflex bag, heavy bag and catch mitts. In Dancenastics a variety of dance styles, with focus on performance dance (jazz/hip hop), will be incorporated into floor tumbling routines the girls will perform for their parents. Lorissa Ridley-Fink, owner of K.O. created Dancenastics in 1985. K.O. focuses on learning, teamwork and safety. Students receive personal attention from the K.O.
